Guided Meditation IntroductionTo begin - take three deep breaths. Hold each breath for at least ten seconds, then expel it, releasing with it all your day's tensions. Close your eyes and find yourself relaxed and at peace. Now imagine a rainbow. We will now visualise each colour in turn. First visualise the colour red. Red is associated with the base of your spine, and represents security. Now imagine the colour orange. Orange is associated with your lower abdomen and represents creativity. Change to the colour yellow, centred on your solar plexus. Yellow is associated with mental processes. Feel your mind and body becoming more relaxed. Now visualise the colour green emanating from your heart. Green is associated with peace and love. Feel a wave of peace spreading throughout your body. Change to the colour blue, the colour of speech and self expression. See the colour purple, which is centred at the third eye. Purple represents your spirituality. Now visualize the colour violet radiating from the top of your head. Imagine a vortex connecting you with the life force of the universe. On the count of three find yourself in your scene from nature....... one, two, three. Notice how relaxed and peaceful you have become. You are now in an 'alpha state of consciousness'. Look at the sky of your scene of nature. Notice if there are any clouds ........., look around you, take in details of your surroundings. Notice the trees, the grass, whether or not there are any flowers growing at the moment. If there are, notice their colours. Listen for the sounds of your surroundings. The sound of any water, birds singing, the breeze sighing in the trees. Notice the scents of the scene, of grass and flowers. This is a wondrous and pristine scene, and as such it is a reflection of you. Remove anything which is not in harmony with the peacefulness of this scene. Sit down and make yourself comfortable. Lie back and feel the warmth of the sun overhead shining down upon you. Feel the rays of the sun penetrating your whole body, healing and invigorating every cell. Now sit in meditation. be aware of the peace and serenity of this place. This is your own personal space, where all is serene, all is good, all is safe.
Now it is time to return from your nature scene. Visualise the end of a rainbow coming towards you, so that you are about to become the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. First you are surrounded by the colour violet, then as the rainbow moves on you are immersed in purple light. Then all about you is bathed in blue light ........, which is replaced by green light. Now the light turns yellow for a few moments, then changes to orange, and finally as the rainbow passes you are bathed in red light. The red light fades and you are sitting at peace in meditation, aware only of your breathing ............. On the count of three, find yourself are back in the physical world, feeling at peace and refreshed. One, two, three ..... Open your eyes and take a few moments to contemplate the serenity the guided meditation has brought.
Entering your Meditation StudioFirst take your three deep breaths ..... Close your eyes and find yourself relaxed and at peace. Now imagine a rainbow. We will now visalise each colour in turn, begining with red and progressing up through the colours to the colour violet. Visualise the colour red. Red is associated with the base of your spine. On the count of three find yourself in your scene from nature....... one, two, three. Notice how relaxed and peaceful you have become. You are now in an 'alpha state of consciousness'. You are standing at your favorite place in your nature scene. Look at your surroundings, the sky, the landscape and feel at one with your scene ............... Now walk to the stairway which leads down to your meditation studio. Pause for a moment and contemplate the stairs leading down - now begin down the stairs. I will count off the steps you take. Twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one. Now you are standing outside a door which has your name on it. Open the door,step inside and close the door behind you. Pause for a moment to accusomise your self to the light level, and find your health clearance shower cubicle. Enter the cubicle and turn it on. Rays of healing and cleansing energy are now cascading over and through your body, washing away all your worries and envigorating every cell in your body. Turn off the rays, and step out. Look around the room and notice your table and the three chairs in front of the white screen. The center chair which is yours, you may make as big and comfortable as you like. Walk over to your chair, sit down and make youself comfortable. Notice the white screen on the wall direcly in front of you. This is the screen of your mind. Put forth your will and project a picture of your scene from nature onto the screen. Now include your-self in this scene, just like watching a movie, view yourself enjoying your surroundings. Take some time to notice some elements of the scene you missed when you were actually there. Gradually fade out the screen until you again have a white screen. Now project an image of yourself on the screen. Slowly rotate the image so you can see your entire body, back as well as front. Now surround the image with white light, which contains all the colors of the spectrum including the colors of healing and protection. Let the white light penetrate and be totally absorbed by the image. Notice that your image in perfect vibrant health. Now fade the image and be aware that you are sitting in your comfortable chair with a table and two empty chairs before you. Get up from your chair and explore your studio. You may bring anything you wish into this studio... it is your creative and healing center. Notice the two doorways leading off the main studio. One leads to a virtual pharmacy of cures for every known condition, shelves and shelves of medicine bottles. Examine the shelves of pills and potions for a moment, then select a bottle of pills marked health and happiness pills. Open the bottle and swallow one of the pills, then replace the bottle. Leave the pharmacy and examine the second room. This is an equipment room which contains all the tools and equipment you are ever likely to need to design and build things, and to solve problems. Now walk back to the main studio room, and make your way to the entry door. Pause for a moment and survey the room, then turn and step through the door, closing it behind you. Now we will climb back up the stairs to our scene from nature ...one ... two ... three ... four ... five ... six ... seven ... eight ... nine ... ten ... eleven ... twelve, and you are standing in your scene from nature. Find your favorite place in your nature scene, sit down and relax. Now close your eyes and in meditation be aware of the peace and serenity you feel. The doors gradually open and there standing before you is your female guide. Welcome her to your studio, and as she steps into the studio, ask her name and escort her to one of the vacant chairs at your table. The elevator doors have closed and as you both watch, the light over the elevator door is flashing - the elevator has returned. The doors gradually open and there standing before you is your male guide. Welcome him to your studio, and as he steps into the studio, ask his name and escort him to the remaining vacant chair at your table. Ask each of your guides for the message they have for you, and listen to what they have to say. Spend the next few minutes discussing with your guides how they can help you. Now that you have become aquainted, thank both your guides for coming. Allow them to escort you to the door. Turn and wave farewell and step through the door, leaving your guides in charge of your meditation studio. Now we will climb back up the stairs to our scene from nature ...one ... two ... three ... four ... five ... six ... seven ... eight ... nine ... ten ... eleven ... twelve, and you are standing in your scene from nature. Find your favorite place in your nature scene, sit down and relax. Now close your eyes and sit in meditation. be aware of the peace and serenity you feel. Projecting your FutureFirst take your three deep breaths ..... Close your eyes and find yourself relaxed and at peace. Imagine a rainbow arching across the sky and we will now visalise each color in turn. First - Visualise the colour red and imagine you are sitting on a red cushion (red is associated with your base chakra). Second - imagine the colour orange emanating from just below your navel (orange is associated with your emotions and sexuality) and represents creativity. Third - visualize the colour yellow emerging from your solar plexus (yellow is associated with your mind). Feel your mind and body becoming relaxed. Fourth - visualize the colour green emanating from your heart (green is associated with peace). Feel a wave of peace spreading throughout your body. Fifth - change to the colour blue, the colour of the sky and the colour of love. Imagine blue radiating from your throat, the centre of communication. Sixth - change to the colour purple and imagine the colour purple (the colour of your spirit body) radiating from your forehead, enveloping your whole body. Seventh - visualize the colour violet radiating from the top of your head, like a vortex connecting you with the life force of the universe. Count to three and find yourself in your scene from nature. Notice how relaxed and peaceful you have become. You are now in an 'alpha state of consciousness'. You are sitting relaxed at your favorite place in your nature scene. Look at your surroundings, the sky, the landscape and feel at one with your scene ............... Now get to your feet and walk to the stairway which leads to your meditation studio. Pause for a moment and contemplate the stairs leading down - now begin down the stairs. I will count the steps you take. Twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one. Now you are standing outside a door with your name on it. Open the door and step inside. Spend the next minute discussing with your guides your goals and aspirations. Now project on the screen of your mind your chosen goal. Make it as vivid and real as you can. Notice details, sights, sounds, anything to make the picture more real. Now put yourself in this picture. See yourself living your goal. Fade out the picture and turn to each of your guides and ask them what you need to do in order to reach your goal, and listen to their help. Now project on the screen of your mind an image of your future, say - in five years time. See yourself happy, healthy and in control of your life. Fade out the image ... Ask your guides to post reminders to your conscious mind during each day to keep you on track. Thank your guides for their help and walk to the door. Say your farewells and step through the door and close it behind you. Now we will climb back up the stairs to our scene from nature ...one ... two ... three ... four ... five ... six ... seven ... eight ... nine ... ten ... eleven ... twelve, and you are standing in your scene from nature. Ask your guides if they have any health advice for you, and discuss it with them. Now project a picture of yourself on the screen of your mind. Rotate and scan your body examining it for any damage. You may find that any aches and pains stand out as red or inflamed spots on your body. When you find something which needs attention, first draw a green frame around the affected area. Now focus white healing rays on the area, becoming more and more intense until the green frame has disapeared, along with the affliction. Again rotate and scan your body... Notice that it is at your ideal weight. Surround your body in gold healing light like a giant aura, protecting as well as healing. Fade the picture and you are sitting there with your guides. Now the three of you get up and walk to your pharmacy. Enter and search the shelves for any medication you feel you may need. Top it off by swallowing some health and happiness pills. Thank your guides for their help and walk to the door. Step through the door and close the door behind you. Now we will climb back up the stairs to our scene from nature ...one ... two ... three ... four ... five ... six ... seven ... eight ... nine ... ten ... eleven ... twelve, and you are standing in your scene from nature. Go and sit by your pond. Now close your eyes and sit in meditation. be aware of the peace and serenity you feel. Now it is time to gently return from your nature scene. Visualise a rainbow coming towards you across the water. You are about to become the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. First you are surrounded by the colour violet, then as the rainbow moves on you are immersed in purple light. Then all about you is bathed in blue light, which is replaced by green light. Now the light turns yellow for a few moments, then changes to orange, and finally as the rainbow passes you are bathed in red light. On the count of three you are back in the physical world, feeling at peace and refreshed.
Express Meditation TechniqueTake your three deep breaths ................. Close youe eyes, and imagine that you are standing oustide an elevator door. Press the call button, and the doors open. Step inside and close the doors. Now press the down button. As you feel the elevator start to descend, look up at the row of numbers above the door. First the number seven glows red ........... Then it fades and the number six glows orange ......... Then it fades and the number five glows yellow ......... Then it fades and the number four glows green ......... Then it fades and the number three glows blue ......... Then it fades and the number two glows purple ......... Then it fades and the number one glows violet ......... The violet light fades out and you feel the elevator comes to a halt. The doors open, and there waiting for you are your two guides. Step out, thank them for coming and give them a hug. Now step back into the elevator and close the doors. Push the up button and fell the elevator begin to ascend. Above the door, the one glows violet ....... The two glows purple ...... The three glows blue ...... The four glows green ...... The five glows yellow ...... The six glows orange ...... The seven glows red ........ The elevator comes to a halt and the doors open. Step out back into the real world, open your eyes feeling relaxed and refreshed. |
